International shipping:

Due unpredictable international shipping speeds,

I do not recommend purchasing an item with a specific date you need it by (birthday in 2 weeks, etc.)

You will receive a shipping notification but no tracking number.

If your package gets lost in the mail you will be eligible for a refund.

What is your shop's return and exchange policy?

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with a product

or find it damaged in some way from shipping, etc.

Please send me an email explaining the problem and I will issue a refund or ship a replacement item :)

Do you accept commissions?

I love commissions! Pet portraits, anniversary gifts, etc.

But I'm taking a break from them at the moment. I will update here and announce on social media when accepting them again. OR email me and let me know you'd like to be added to my commissions waitlist :)

What about custom products?

Depending on what you are looking for I might be able to accommodate you.

I try to limit custom orders as it gets confusing to fulfill them -

something small like swapping out a necklace chain for keychain on an order I will most likely be able to do, or some small color variation (only on made to order items.)

A note on shipping speed *handmade preorders only*:

I try my best to ship all orders quickly. My handmade items are often made to order stock- the handcrafted equivalent of preorder. Check item description for preorder status. If an order will take longer to fulfill than estimated in the product description I will send an email update to let you know. You will receive a confirmation notice with tracking information when your items are in the mail.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive

depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

 

What are your clay items made of?

I use nontraditional ceramic materials in addition to traditional ceramics- air dry stone clay finished with epoxy resin. Ideal for making earrings as the end product weighs next to nothing. I make various jewelry options, miniatures, and low relief wall art using this technique. The epoxy makes them durable and water resistant but keep in mind that my handmade items are delicate (compared to plastic or metal.) 

 

What if my earrings break?

My handmade earrings are unlikely to break with normal wear. But accidents happen, and if something breaks email me and I will replace the item for free, even if it's an older design that I no longer carry. The most common ways earrings break are from being accidentally stepped on or put through the wash. No DMs please! Email!

 

Wholesale policies?

If you are a shop interested in carrying some of my items please don't hesitate to get in touch!

My usual wholesale policy is 50/50%. Handmade items are not eligible for wholesale.
